Summary
The training manual is composed of three textbooks, an exercise book and an electronic guide for facilitators (see CD-ROM). The training manual is aimed at four groups of end users: governments (G), workers' (W) and employer's (E) groups, and NGOs and international agencies working for children (N). It can be used in a training environment and as a stand-alone resource for those who wish to hone their understanding and skills in efforts to end child trafficking. The accompanying guide for facilitators is aimed at individuals and agencies delivering training courses using the manual; it includes suggested answers to the various assignments, and ideas on customizing the contents of the training manual to satisfy participants' and agency needs. The facilitators' guide follows the same structure as the training manual. The Exercise Book complements the above mentioned manual
