- On June 10 there was a seminar in the European parliament regarding the Commission’s proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings, and protecting victims. In this connection La Strada International, together with five other NGO’s made a statement in which the proposed directive was welcomed.
