Summary
This report briefly outlines the international and European legal and policy frameworks that exist to counter human trafficking, and summarises the laws, mechanisms and organisations that play a role in tackling trafficking and supporting its victims, which are relevant to, or active in, London. Multi-agency work and knowledge sharing is essential for offering support to victims. This research offers a framework for future European funding applications in the area of trafficking, which could complement existing services of boroughs and their partners.
